Mark Coleman

Mark ColemanThe founder and director, Mark Coleman M.A., has studied mindfulness practices for twenty five years. He has been teaching mindfulness workshops, trainings and retreats in Europe, Asia, South America and across the US for the past twelve years. Mark is a meditation teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, a renowned institution in the mindfulness field, and he teaches regularly with pioneering teachers such as Jack Kornfield and Sharon Salzberg, and at institutions like Omega, Esalen, and Kripalu. He conducts mindfulness trainings in corporate settings, including at Proctor & Gamble, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prana, as well as in the nonprofit sector with entities such as at Trust for Public Land, Young Presidents Organization, and Center for Whole Communities.

Mark is a certified Integral Coach; in his practice Mark works individually with executives, corporate leaders, and other professionals. Mark has a MA in Clinical Psychology and has counseled individuals for over 10 years. He is author of Awake in the Wild: Mindfulness in Nature as a Path of Self-Discovery. Mark lives in Marin County, California.

He has been a practicing Vipassana meditator for the past twenty years.
