Mindfulness Coaching for Executives

Mindfulness-based coaching is based on an Integral model of coaching 
that takes into account helping people find their optimum potential in 
their lives. My coaching practice draws on over 10 years of experience 
as a mindfulness teacher, my experience of coaching and counseling 
executives for the past 10 years, as well as my 25 years of  study, 
training and practice in mindfulness.

My practice takes awareness as the fundamental ground of who we are and what we do. Awareness is the key to self-knowledge, transformation and effective functioning in the world. Because of that, helping people develop and deepen the practice of mindfulness is central to the coaching work that I do as it provides the basis for awareness in all aspects of our life.

What I have seen in the many years I have worked with executives and highly successful people is that people are frequently held back by old limiting beliefs, unconscious forces unrecognizable to themselves, unresolved difficult emotions, and communications limitations. Most importantly the lack of awareness, whether that applies to self-knowledge or the inability to accurately understand others or the broader context of a situation continues to hamper growth and the ability to excel, perform or establish harmonious and effective inter-personal relationships. With proper guidance and support, the practice of mindfulness assists in developing the an awareness that sheds light not just on what holds us back, but how to effectively integrate important next steps in ones growth potential.

In my coaching practice I help you to live your potential, to optimize your ability to manifest your deepest intentions, and to live a satisfying and fulfilling life. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I simply help you to discover what’s important and support you to enact your purpose and vision in your work and life. I also assist you in exploring what interferes with you manifesting the life and purpose you envision – what unconscious blocks, patterns, habits and beliefs distract you from your goal.
